Frequently Asked Questions

The goal of Focused Facilitation is to provide services for anyone. That includes people of all colors, sexual orientation, and socio-economic backgrounds. The flat rate for my guiding services are $800. This does not include service center rental nor the mushrooms. I do offer my services at a sliding scale, and I also offer a free session for a scholarship applicant. 

I understand it's a privilege to take time off work. This is why I like to provide a rough estimate of the time we'll need. 

• Initial Consultation, 30-45 minutes. 
• First preparation session, 2 hours. 
• Second preparation session, 1 hour. 
• Dosing Session, 6-8 hours.  
• Integration Session. 2 Hours. 

If needed a third preparation session and another integration session can be negotiated. 

Yes, Philip Katz was trained in trauma-informed care by the Alma Institute which is a female developed organization led by women of color. Philip is board certified by the Oregon Health Authority. 

That's ok! There are many reasons people try and do not try things. But, you're on the FAQ page of psychedelic guide for a reason, you might be interested, and since you might be interested, it's ok that you haven't had an experience with a psychedelic. Without speaking with you personally my recommendation is to start low and go slow. Many people have said they've had a powerful experience on a low dose too. That's just my suggestion, but if you want to jump feet first in the deep end, we can do that too. Just email me to set up a time to discuss.
